Hello Amazon Hiring Team,

I’m Callum and I’m the Associate Creative Director you’re looking for.

I’ve worked within in-house and start-ups teams for over six years. I understand the multi-disciplinary needs of an in-house team especially within an environment of rapid growth, change, and lots of unknowns; such as learning motion design and Webflow to give the brand a cutting edge to tell its story.

I’m a multi-disciplinary designer specialising in building brands. I’ve worked on a number of projects on building and maintaining brands. I have experience in branding, print, digital and increasingly more in motion.

Previously I have been the sole Designer at a start-up called Weaver who are a SaaS tech led platform who match builders with Architect-led home renovation projects. I have built their brand from the ground up. My highlights being launching the new brand and building their website on Webflow. I have had to work with a lot of non-creatives and confidently present my work. I’m a self-starter with excellent time management which was invaluable to the team.

I previously worked in a start-up called Zapp who are among the likes Getir and Gopuff who deliver groceries within minutes. I helped build Zapp into a brand that stood out from its competitors using humour with bold layouts. I worked under pressure to prioritise multiple projects and produce work quickly. While mentoring junior staff and freelancers.

Previously I worked for Ocado who are a tech based supermarket who use robotics and other tech advancements to deliver groceries. I maintained their brand while creating and launching their new ventures such as Fetch and Zoom by Ocado where they tested their new technology.
